The ultimate TEAM RELAY and SOLO competitions. Competitors race over a 1/10 Iron distance triathlon or duathlon course (0.24 mile swim - 11.2 mile bike - 2.6 mile run), repeated for 24 hours.

Posting on the site has been sporadic over the last two weeks as I have been helping out with the World Harmony Run as it travels through Wales and England.
