I own a small family business @: http://www.thesoapcauldron.co.uk & this year me & other members of our family are taking part in the Hannah 100. This is a charity to raise cash for a lass by the name of Hannah & others like here who need support & equipment for Cerebral Palsy. It’s actually a 60 mile cycle, but once the family see how beneficial all this is I hope to get them into some charity running. This will be where I pop back as your site is a real inspiration.
