TransRockies Run 2018 is a 120-mile, trail running stage race spread out over six days – run solo or as a two man team.
The location is in the Colorado Rocky mountains and starts in Buena Vista finishing in Beaver Creek.
The route is a mix of forest road and single track trails through the White River and San Isabel National Forests and features 20,000 feet of climbing.
This year is the 11th edition of the race and though not really featuring an ultra, is technically a multiday and still a real challenge.
The race runs August 15th – 20th and has a field limit of 350 runners – its still possible to sign-up, I think.
Last years second and third placed men, Drew Miller and Caleb Schiff return as does second placed woman Kerrie Wlad.
