Self-Transcendence 3100 Mile Race 2017 – Daily Updates – Day 35

Daily Diary
Saturday 22 July – day 35

Another warm day with a late heavy shower.
There is major handball competition in the park, which brings great crowds and difficulty for runners to navigate past chairs and people who spill over onto the pavement.

Leader Vasu has an “easy” day with 113 laps, while Nirbhasa and Kaneenika lead the days laps withh 117. With around 21 miles between them there might just be a little battle for 2nd developing.

Harita and Yolanda just do enough with 110 and 113 respectively to hang in there for a 52 day finish.
Nidhruvi and Andrey appear to be in happier frame of mind and both do 94 laps.

Crew Chief
