Ben Davis Completes 65 Day Trek Across Appalachian Trail

Ben Davis, an up and coming ultra runner, will be finishing his 65 day supported trek across The 2175 mile Appalachian Trail Monday, November 24th, 2008 atop Springer Mt. in Georgia.
Ben is raising awareness for A.L.S., more commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Ben’s goal is to raise 1 million dollars. His simple philosophy is that 1 million people will donate $1. Everyday Ben is out on the trail has been dedicated to a member of The A.L.S. community. Every day a new inspirational story is told. The highly viewed website is being used as a platform so “their voices can be heard”
