24 The Hard Way 2013 took place over the weekend 26/27th October and was the National and Oklahoma 24 hour Championships. The race drew some of the best 24 hour runners in the country in a field of 122 starters.
John Cash secured a spot on the US 24 hour team with an automatic entry for the win. Nelson Armstong from New Zealand took second place.This was Connie’s 14th ultra national championship win.
