The Great Lakeland 3 Day
5-7th May 2007
One of a bare handful of multiday events in the UK, the GL3D is a three day run/walk following a point to point route open to runners and walkers. The original idea was born out of many years of long distance events, two day mountain marathons, and the once in a life time Dragon’s Back 5 Day Race. GL3D 2007 is the tenth year of the event, and will be held in North Wales to celebrate.
