Self-Transcendence 3100 Mile Race Day 32

Something about Wednesdays

This morning about 2 hours in to the day there was a powerful thunderstorm, which caused all kinds of flooding on the course. Later when I was working on Pranjal’s shin splint, he pointed out to me that this was 4 Wednesdays in  a row that there had been some kind of heavy downpour, either early in the day or in the evening. It seems though that it is more disruptive to the camp set up than to the runners. Though some of them feel the effects later in the day. Pranjal was feeling it in his shins which had become worse, but he is surviving.
