Pre Race
I will be trying to post something about the 3100 mile race in New York, which starts tomorrow. Runners have been arriving for the last few days, Abichal arrived last night and when I saw him this morning he was smiling and happy to be here. We had the idea that I would write something like I did for the 6 & 10 day races, he will try to put something on his blog when he can.
