Supercold temperatures at the start of this years Arrowhead, -28 and only one foot competitor, Sarah Lowell who was the first woman to complete the race and in a time of 2 days:07hours:07minutes. The other competitors were bikers.
“probably the most epic experience of my life,†she said after the race.
