Dear runners
Springtime invites us to go outside and to train.
The 24h race season in Switzerland starts, like every year, with the Sri Chinmoy 24h race in Basel, it will take place May 9th to 10th. There also the Swiss National 12 Hour championships will be held.
Later on September 19th/ 20th the 24h race in Brugg will be take place which includes the Swiss National 24 hour championships.
Here everybody is invited to participate. Not only the ultrarunners in the disciplines of 6/12 and 24 hours but also shorter distances can be chosen, either in the relay race or in the charity run.
