The North Coast 24 is coming up next weekend (October 3-4) at Edgewater Park in Cleveland. The North Coast 24 is the 2009 US National Championship 24 Hour Run and there are still plenty of spaces left for runners of all abilities. So if you’re looking for something to do next weekend and you’re an ultrarunning veteran who wants to improve their 24 hour time on a flat, fast course or if you’re a newbie who wants to test the ultra waters, come on over to Cleveland.
