Subject: 24-Hour Run: US National & World Championship Updates
The American Ultrarunning Association website (AMERICANULTRA.ORG) has been updated with a report, complete results, and photos of the top Americans from this year’s 24-Hour National Championship, which was
hosted by The North Coast 24-Hour on Oct. 3-5. Half of the 2010 National 24-Hour Run Team was determined there.
- Less than a month left to secure one of the remaining spots on the team. It’s been a landmark year already, with the most American men ever over 140 miles for a single year, and the most American women ever over 130.
- The 2010 World 24-Hour will be held in Brive, France in mid-May.
- We expect to announce the site of the 2010 National 24-Hour Championship within a week.
- Also, stay tuned for this year’s addition to the American Ultrarunning Hall of Fame later this month.
- Finally, the National Team for the 2010 World 24-Hour will be announced shortly after the new year.
