Sopan Tsekov, the Bulgarian 3100 mile record holder is offering an inspirational presentation for beginner and advanced runners through a short series of free talks at REI on the West Coast, October 2017.
Sopan will share his personal experiences running the longest ultramarathon in the world – the Sri Chinmoy Self-Transcendence 3100 Mile Race – called ‘The Mount Everest of ultramarathons’ by The New York Times and offers training tips including how to avoid and overcome injury and how to achieve your goals.
The presentation also features clips from the upcoming film 3100: Run & Become.
