The 13th edition of the No Finish Line 8 day race finished today with a new champion – Didier Sessegolo who ran a great race and after finishing second in 2011 returned to run 1041.408 km to edge William Sichel in second place with 1019.712 km. Third was Bernard Chevillon with 880.044 km
The womens race was won for the third year running by Australia’s Sarah Barnett finishing 6th overall with 833.94 km

Heather Foundling-Hawker set a new Womens British Road 48 hour of 316km /196.35 miles subject to ratification.
The event raises money to help underprivileged children and hoped to raise 230,000 euros this year having already raised over a million in previous. The format of the race is simple – anyone can buy a chip and walk or run as many kms as they want to. Each 1km is matched by the sponsoring bank with a euro. The 1356 m course is on the new promenade of Port Hercule.
This year No Finish Line exceeded its goals with 275,000 km being run by over 8,700 participants – up 2000 on last year making the course very busy at times.
No Finish Line 2012 is patronised by HSH Princess Stephanie of Monaco who is the official sponsor.
