Irish 48 Hour Champion Tony Mangan is moving closer to realising a long cherished dream to run around the world starting at the Dublin Marathon on October the 25th 2010.
Tony has had the idea for 20 years to take the journey but one thing and another have delayed the project until now. Setting off on a West to East crossing tony will run across to the West Coast of Ireland before re-commencing the run in Cape Spear, Newfoundland – the most eastern point in North America. His route takes him down to Florida before crossing the USA to San Diego on the West Coast.
