Cologne 48 Hour 2010

The organiser of the Erkrath 6 day, Sigi Bullig said that the race will be taking a rest for a while whilst they have other adventures including a 48 hour race in 2010. There are very few 48 hour races taking place in the world at this time so this will be a great opportunity for those not fortunate enough to get invited to Surgeres.

Organisers:
The 1st International 48-hour in Cologne will be run by the community of the Deutsch Ultramarathon Vereinigung eV (LG DUV) headed by Wolfgang Olbrich and Siegfried Bullig.

Course:
Is a 400 m Tartan track at Netcologne Stadium in the Sports University Cologne, Carl-Diem-Weg 4, 50933 Cologne, Germany. The route is closed during the entire period of the race and is lit at night.

Numbers:
Event is limited to 50 runners and is filling fast and will be sold out long before the deadline of June 2010.

Cost:
135€
