Phil Essam, former webmaster and creator of PlanetUltramarathon is hard at work developing his new site, Ultra Legends, a treasure trove of the deeds and achievements of yesteryear. Phil drew my attention back to Don Davis’s Ultramarathon Running Freshman Seminar at Lehigh University during fall semester 1996.
Many articles have been written about the marathon monks of Mt. Hsei so I guess now is a good time to contemplate the second part Holly Schmid’s article: The Spiritual Athlete’s Path to Enlightenment – Running monks in Asia.
