The Transe Gaule 2013 finished at its traditional location at Gruissan in the South of France on August 31. This 19 stage footrace from the English Channel to the Mediterranean this year saw 57 starters at Roscoff begin the 1190 km journey on August 13th. This year there were 10 non-finishers.
The race was won by Jean-Jacques Moros for the third time. The womens race was won by Carmen Hildebrand for the second time. The UK’s Jennifer Bradley came third.
