Dan Parr (GBR) wins the 2010 Gobi March 4desert race. First woman was Singapore runner Denvy Lo, 12th overall out of 124 finishers.
4 Deserts is a series of seven-day, 250-kilometer footraces in various deserts around the world.
The Gobi March takes place in the Turpan Basin in Western China, on the ancient Silk Road in an area that dates back to the 1st century BC on a mixture of dry rocky river-beds, dusty tracks and sand dunes. The race finish times vary between 25-80 hours.
There is a note on the site that says that US runner Nicholas Kruse passed away during the race.
