EMU 6 Day Ultramarathon World Trophy 2019 – Updates 54 Hours

After 54 hours at the EMU 6 Day Ultramarathon World Trophy Tiziano Marchesi (ITA) has stretched his lead out to 24 km over now second placed Dan Lawson (GBR) while Christian Maudit (FRA) has climbed the leaderboard to third place. Sten Orsvärn (SWE) is just behind in fourth place and Fernando Soriano Rubio (ESP) is in 5th place with 360.533 km. These are the leaders pulling away from the main pack, at the moment. Richard Brown has set a new GBR M70 48 HOUR best and is currently in 21st place.

In the womens race, Sumie Inagaki (JPN) lies 8th overall has a 22 km cushion over Tina Andersen (SWE) and Joanna Biala (POL) who are leap-frogging each other, part of a group of within a few kms of each other. Kristina Paltén (SWE), last years winner has moved into 4th with the women, on the whole more evenly spaced out.
