Come join us for the 2nd annual Ultramaraton Fuego y Agua in Nicaragua!!
This extremely difficult course ascends and descend two volcanoes (100k course), one fire and the other water, on a tropical freshwater island.
Every year, Ultramaraton Fuego y Agua uses it’s proceeds to support Isla de Ometepe in a constructive way. This year we are working with Traverse Trail Running, and Project Schoolhouse to build a children’s school on Isla de Ometepe. All proceeds after the cost of the race go toward building the school. Team Traverse and Traverse Trail Running are also holding fundraisers and other fundraising events to raise money for the Ometepe School Project.
