Soren Raarup has consolidated his position in third place in the 10 day with Achim still making progress despite his back problems. Most people have had some kind of limiting experience at this stage of the race and a few have come through stronger as can be seen by the posse running down Ananada-Lahari.
In the womens race, Gautami has dropped to fifth place while the four women in front of her all feature in the overall top 10 runners.
These results were posted 7 hours ago as I write so much may have changed in the 6 day race since then. Johnny Hallneby has closed the gap on Aidas Ardzijauskas considerably and David Luljak has moved into fourth place behind John Geesler.
Susan Marshall has moved into second place behind womens 6 day leader Viken Yutz and in front of Gundega Gaile. Anna Eliseeva is still close in fourth and, in fact, the women are all only separated by a few miles each apart from Vikena.
