The Soochow International Ultra-Marathon took place starting 9 a.m. Saturday December 6th in Taipei. Yoshikazu Hara successfully defended his title in the men’s division of the Soochow International Ultra-Marathon 24 Hours Race covering 285.366 kilometers and Mami Kudo won the event for the sixth time with 222.431 km, seventh overall.
Second place was Italy’s Ivan CudinĀ with 255.499 km and Germany’s Florian Reus in third place with 253.899 km.
Second place in the womens category was Wan-Yee Leung with 203.992 and third was Yem-Ling Huang with 200.792
A total of 42 starters from 10 countries competed in the event.
