I hope all of you are doing well.
The 24 Hour World Championships in Brive, France are only a week away. The final entry forms are in and are posted on the IAU website.
Please note that as in 2009, we will carry LIVE UPDATES on our website under the “Live Updates” section. This will incorporate a pre-race update from the site, summary from the Medical Conference, interviews with athletes and officials and the most sought after news item — hourly updates.
The updates depend on the availability of results from the race organizers every hour and adequate internet facilities on-site. We will try our best to get this sorted out as soon as we get on-site.
Also, new for this year, we will be carrying Live Updates on Twitter. So for regular updates in a more timely fashion, please sign up on twitter. Instead of you going after the news, let the news come to you! You can find us at http://twitter.com/iaunews
