Description of the race (4-5 lines): The twelfth edition of Annapurna Mandala Trail, will take place on a new course. Part of the AMT will Marfa with the Mustang as a city of departure and arrival. Eight of the twelve steps take place in Mustang, formerly known as “The Forbidden Kingdom.”
The race to the Tibetan border and will step Mantang Lo, the capital of this ancient kingdom. The return of the Mustang, the race will go through Muktinath, the Thorong Pass, Manang, the Tilicho Lake, the East Pass and the Mandala Pass.

Description of the race (4-5 lines): Editing “zero” for this one-day race will be held on 3 November 2012, between the base camp of Annapurna (4130 m) and Lake Phewa in Pokhara (820 m). On the program: 80 km (1200 m – 5500 m). The
race will be preceded by an approach march and acclimatization of five steps (120 km + 6000 m – 3000 m) with a transition to Poon Hill (3,194 m).
This new race will be at the Himalayan everyone less fast will be able to split their effort over two days.

It will start from the North Base Camp of Annapurna and passes by Meso, Tilicho Lake, The Khang, Nar, Phu, Bhimtang, The Larkya, Jagat, Arughat, Trisuli, Dunche, Langtang, Kang La, Tarkye, Bigu Gump, Beding,
Trashi Laps, Renjo La, Cho La, Kala Pattar and finally arrives at Everest BC.
