Subject: 24 The Hard Way – US National Championship
Greetings to Ultrarunners around the globe,
It is with great anticipation and excitement to announce open registration for the USA National Championship for 24 Hour Road Running. The date of the event is Oct 26, 2013 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is the fifth annual event for the open race. The race is open for all runners, especially those who have not run a timed event race.
The Championship Race will include $4500 prize purse, plus $1000 for the Open race.
The course is a beautiful, tree lined 1 mile loop. Course Record is 137.78 miles – Suzanna Bon
The awards and swag for this event are superb and the most unique for any Ultrarace.
6 hour and 12 hour road and/or trail races will be held on Oct 25 beginning at 7 pm.
Race Registration will close at 200 runners, with a wait list.
