Sandra Bowers is the UK Trail Running Champion (Long Distance) 2012 after winning the Ridgeway Challenge August 25th.
History
In 2004 Sandra was told that due to a mis-diagnosed ankle injury she would never run again. Since then Sandra has developed a career in ultrarunning that has brought her hard work success.
