Christian Efflam (born 31.05.1954) is a popular French ultrarunner.

Career

In 2008 set a pb at 24 hours with 240.661 km at Les 24 heures du Plan d'Eau and has won 10 24 hour events since his ultrarunning career began.
2011 came second at the Antibes 6 Day with 774.900 km.
