Posting is a bit infrequent at the moment as I am on the World Harmony Run in the UK. This year is the 20th anniversary of the Harmony Run that was founded in 1987 by Sri Chinmoy. The run takes place in many different countries and began in Lissabon in Portugal in March. The UK leg of the run is curently heading toward London in the final stages of the UK section. The Harmony Run goes to Belgium next week before the finale in Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
