Eric Wright (pictured) posted on Facebook today that the South African 6 Day Race will not be held in Pretoria in 2014:
“AFTER NUMEROUS INQUIRIES IT APPEARS THAT THE 6DAY RACE WILL NOT BE ON IN PRETORIA THIS YEAR.THEREFORE A 6DAY WILL BE HELD IN JOHANNESBURG IN DECEMBER,DETAILS TO FOLLOW SHORTLY.
I am not involved with the event in Pretoria any longer. I am planning to put on a – 10 day 13th to 23rd December. – a 6 day,48 hour, 24 hour and 12 hour during the same dates in Johannesburg .”
