The Next Day
With Asprihanal finished the focus now turns to Ayojan. The Serbian runner says that he now begins to feel the end of the race, but that as the last day approaches his body finally begins to tell him all it’s problems. Though he says that he has this experience every time he has finished the race in the past. The last few days have been quite humid and a few physical problems have surfaced in the runners. A few of the runners have been eager to hear something about the 24 hour World Championships, all of them asking if I enjoyed the experience, which of course I tell them I did.
