Not Always the way you think
The days don’t always go the way you would think. Last night was not a good night for sleeping, it was hot and sticky. Plus today was one of the hottest days since the start of the race. So you expect the runners to have a hard day, but all of them seemed to be doing really well on the 2 occasions that I went out there. Asprihanal has now passed the half way point in the race and in fact is now over 1600 miles. All of the seasoned runners, I think pretty much all of them are ahead of last years pace. After 1 more hot day tomorrow it is supposed to cool down a little.
