A good day for running
It was supposed to overcast all day but the sun came out in the afternoon for a few hours. Even still it was cool, never getting hotter than 75 F and there was a nice cool breeze. Vlastimil was told to stay home for the day to help his infection heal. Reports are that he is improving. The rest of the runners took advantage of the good conditions and all seemed to accumulate good mileage. Even Abichal the intrepid author of this site seems to be doing well.
