This 100 km event, takes place Nov. 13th, in the North Eastern Cape, South Africa and provides the perfect wilderness environment for the running of a true mountain run. Running along the ridge line of the Witteberg/ Drakensberg ranges, the route boasts an average altitude of 2500m. This event will be presented for the 13th time this year.
There is a shorter event, Skyrun Lite, about 60 km that will finish at Balloch the traditional overnight stop for Skyrunners not pushing through the night to the end.
