Template Instructions for Template:Tl:

• id — Used for Edit button (Don't change)
• image — The image name (no File:), if none defaults to Wikinews-logo.png
• width — Width of the image
• type — breaking, special, original, exclusive, urgent or none
• title — The article title
• short_title — !Optional! Overrides the display title (For really long article names, if none, leave blank)
• summary — The first sentence or two of the story
