  • Starting at Roscoff in the North the route takes country roads through rural France passing taking in Brittany, Anjou, Limousin, Auvergne and Languedoc-Roussillon finishing in Gruissan-Plage on the Mediterranean.
  • Stages vary from 49 km to 75 km spread over 18 days and 1150 km
  • The race is limited to 50 runners who have to provide their own support crew if they need one.
  • Accommodation is provided.
  • Breakfast for 18 days and dinner for 13 days is provided.
