Ridgeway Challenge

The Ridgeway Challenge is an 87 mile ultramarathon along the Ridgeway, an ancient trackway passing through the Chiltern Hills including well known landmarks such as Grim’s Ditch, Barbury Castle and Liddington Castle (hill forts) en route.

Course

The course has 9,000 feet of ascent and starts at Ivinghoe Beacon near Leighton Buzzard in Buckinghamshire. The finish is at Avebury Stone Circle in Wiltshire.
