The inaugural Cardiff Running Show was hosted by Abichal Sherrington organiser of the Bristol Running Show at the Sport Wales National Centre, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff.

Cardiff Running Show 2024

The inaugural edition of the Cardiff Running Show took place October 5th 2024. Similar to a trade show or expo, the Cardiff Running Show showcases exhibitors and their services—and provides access to coaches, experts and guest speakers. the show invited and was structured similar to the Bristol Running Show with Coach's Corner, Ask The Expert, guest speakers, taster workshops, and local clubs and services representing different aspects of the Cardiff running community.
