Cavin Woodward (born 1st August 1947 - 26th February 2010)

Records

Best remembered for his pursuit of a 100 mile world record which he set in 1975 at the Tipton 100 mile race and en route set World Records at 50 mile, 100 km, 150 km and the 100 miles. Winner of London to Brighton, Two Bridges. Took second at Comrades. Legendary for his fast starts.
