The Gothenburg 6 Day race took place August 30th to September 5th 2009 in Schlottskogen Park, Gothen burg, Sweden. Part of the Gothenburg Ultra Festival which included 6/12/24 and 48 hour events and organised by Race Director K-G Nystrom.
28 runners took part and the mens race was won by Danish ultrarunner Lars Christoffersen. Womens race was won by Sarah Barnett.
