In 1998, Brian R. Stark ran 4,800 miles across the US from Delaware to California on the American Discovery Trail. This began his dream of running across every state in the US.
In 2005 Brian published a book about his run across the US on the American Discovery Trail. This story recounts the 8 month journey across the US on foot and on trails.
