Editor of Ultrarunning Magazine until 2009 when John Medinger took over the role of publisher. Don has cycled across the US as well as taken part in many ultras. He has produced many articles about the sport including a few reproduced on this site. Don is the author of A Step Beyond: A Definitive Guide To Ultrarunning - a great resource for ultrarunners with contributions from top US ultrarunners.
