Multiday Races - Developments Since 1980
In 1979 Don Choi organised his first 24 hour race and followed that in 1980 with "Spirit '80" the first 6 day race in the modern era, conceived and directed by Don and which took place at Woodside High School, Redwood City, California, July 4th thru 10th 1980.
