Ongkar Tony Smith was the founder of the specialist running shoe store Run And Become in London in 1982. Tony was himself a runner taking part in shorter races, marathons and ultras, creating the Self-Transcendence 24 hour race which takes place at the Tooting Bec athletics track each September in the early 1980's.
