The EMU 6 Day Race World Trophy 2016 is living up to its promise with phenomenal miles posted for the first day by the top three runners. Wolfgang Schwerk, (212 km) Joe Fejes (218 km) and Slovakian Ivan Má?aj (213 km).The weather was overcast for the first 18 hours and very windy but since daylight things have improved and as I write at 4:30 in the afternoon its been a lot less windy and plenty of sunshine.
Sumie Inagaki leads the women in 4th place overall covering 180 km the first day. Second lady is Diana Kämpe 166km and third is Luisa Zecchino 156 km.
