Triangle, Virginia was host to the 4th 24 Hour Adventure Trail Run last weekend, 2nd of May 2009. Part of a series of ultramarathon races featuring 8/12/24 hour events, 31 men and 24 women started this unique race which is set on an 8 mile loop in Prince William Forest Park. Individual or 3-4 person team competition offers something for every ultrarunner.
Mens winner was Keith Straw with 100 miles and Womens winner was Liz Bauer with 92 miles.
