An Almost Perfect Day
This is just my opinion, but today was almost the perfect day for running, with temp’s in the mid 70’s F ( low 20’s C ) low humidity and a cooling breeze. Many of the runners seemed to take advantage of the conditions and all were running well. Abichal who was struggling with an upper back problem yesterday, was also improving as the day went. Many neighbours who have been coming out for years, to follow the progress of the runners are once again visiting to re connect with them.
