Self-Transcendence 3100 Mile Race 2010 – Day 1 Results

The 14th S|elf-Transcendence 3100 mile race is underway in Queens, New York. The 11 runners began their epic journey Sunday morning at 6 am. At the end of the day, Asprihanal Aalto had set the pace with 83 miles followed by Pranjal with 79 miles in the 18 hour period. Surasa Maier ran 68 miles on her first day and the other first-timer, Dharbhasana Lynn, ran 61.47 miles. A great start by everyone.

The first day’s results have just been posted.

The race is hosted by the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team and has results and photos on Sri Chinmoy races.org.
