a unique comrades qualifier & 50km “FLEXI” challenge.

Also recieved info on a new multi day winter race in Minnesota
USA, the First Annual Arrowhead Winter Ultra will start February
28th.The Arrowhead Winter Ultra is a non-profit human powered ultramarathon
covering 135 miles across the Arrowhead Region of Northern Minnesota
from International Falls near the Canadian border to Tower, MN.

Mr. Marko Silventoinen, a member of the Finnish 24-Hour Ultra Team
and his three children died in the Tsunami tragedy. In the last
WC 24H in Brno Marko finished in 26th position with 213.239km.The
12-hour Ultra Race in Lohja next month will be dedicated to Marko's
memory.
Marko and his children will be greatly missed.
On the same day Inez Jacquemart, Belgian Champion 100K could hardly
escape from the killing water, she could rush into a hotel looking
for a safe place on the 4th floor.
